JPMS provides credit-restoration assistance, educational materials, and related products. We help identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information on your credit reports and assist you through the dispute process. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Credit results depend on your individual circumstances. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, score increase, or that any particular item will be removed. Accurate, current, and verifiable information generally cannot be removed from a credit report.

3. Your Rights & Cancellation

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself, for free, by contacting the credit bureaus directly. You may cancel our services at any time. Under applicable law, you may cancel without penalty within the period stated in your service agreement. Monthly services may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4. Payments & Billing

• Fees are described at the point of purchase. Monthly services are billed each cycle until cancelled.
• We bill for credit-repair services only after the related work is performed, consistent with applicable law.
• You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts you approve.

5. Digital Products & Refunds

Booklets, courses, and letter packages are digital products delivered instantly. Because they are downloadable, all sales are final except where a satisfaction guarantee is expressly stated for that product. Where offered, the guarantee terms shown at purchase apply.

6. Acceptable Use & Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use our materials only for your own personal, lawful purposes. You may not resell or redistribute our products without written permission, and you must never misrepresent facts to a credit bureau or furnisher.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, and branding on this site are owned by JPMS Credit Solution and are protected by law. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it; it does not transfer ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service at issue.
