Credit Restoration

How credit restoration actually works

Credit repair — what we call credit restoration — is the process of reviewing your credit reports and challenging information that is inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. When an item can't be verified or is confirmed wrong, the bureau must correct or remove it.

It is not a way to erase accurate, current, and verifiable information. No legitimate company can delete a debt you genuinely owe simply because you'd prefer it gone. Be cautious of anyone who claims otherwise.

No — and we won't. Results are never guaranteed. By law, no one can promise a specific score increase or guarantee that any particular item will be removed. Anyone who does is making a claim they cannot keep.

What we can promise is honest, professional work: we identify items that appear inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable, challenge them properly on your behalf, and keep you informed at every step. Outcomes depend on your individual reports and circumstances.

We review the full report and look for items that don't hold up — for example, accounts that aren't yours, incorrect balances or dates, duplicate listings, a debt reported by more than one party, items past the reporting time limit, or data a furnisher can't verify the way the standard requires.

Common categories include collections, late payments, charge-offs, unauthorized inquiries, repossessions, public records, medical bills, and personal-information mismatches. The test is always the same: is the information accurate, complete, and verifiable? If not, it can be challenged.

It varies. Once a dispute is filed, the credit bureaus generally have about 30 days to investigate. Most situations involve more than one item and often more than one round, so the overall journey commonly spans several months.

The honest answer is that timing depends on how many items are involved, how the bureaus and furnishers respond, and your specific reports. We'll give you a realistic picture during your free consultation rather than an arbitrary deadline.

Absolutely — and we'll always tell you so. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself at no cost. Start with these official, free resources:

  • Get your reports from all three bureaus at annualcreditreport.com — the only federally authorized source.
  • File or escalate a complaint with the CFPB when a dispute stalls.
  • Report fraud and create a recovery plan at IdentityTheft.gov.

People come to us when they'd rather have a knowledgeable partner manage the process, or want help understanding what their reports actually say. The choice is yours — and our guides and letters sit in between.

Filing a dispute does not, by itself, lower your score. Your score can move up or down for many reasons over time — balances, new accounts, the age of your file, and how furnishers update their reporting. We focus on the accuracy of what's reported, and we set realistic expectations from the start.

The most durable improvements usually come from a combination of correcting inaccurate items and building healthy habits, which is why we also point clients toward education and good financial practices.

Pricing & Process

What it costs and how we work

Yes. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. We review your reports together, talk through your goals, and explain what we'd realistically focus on. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you — and you can always proceed on your own.

Because every report is different, we discuss pricing transparently during your consultation rather than quoting a one-size-fits-all number online. You'll know what's included before you commit to anything.

We do not charge for results we haven't delivered, and we won't pressure you. If the DIY route fits you better, our guides, letter packs, and courses are a lower-cost alternative.

Done-for-you means we handle the work — reviewing your reports, identifying items that look inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable, and challenging them on your behalf while keeping you updated.

DIY means you do the work yourself using our materials: step-by-step guides, ready-to-send dispute letters, and courses that teach you the same strategy at a fraction of the cost. Same standards, different level of hands-on help. You can explore both on the Learn & Shop and Prices Our Software pages.

The guides, letter packs, and courses are digital products delivered instantly after checkout. Because the full content is available immediately on download, these sales are generally final. Please review each product's description before purchasing so you know exactly what you're getting.

If something isn't working or you didn't receive your download, contact us at info@jpmscreditsolution.com and we'll make it right. Specific refund terms are described on our Terms & Conditions page.

For the free consultation, it helps to have access to your current credit reports — you can pull them free from annualcreditreport.com — along with a general idea of your goals (a mortgage, a car, lower rates, peace of mind). If you don't have your reports yet, we'll walk you through getting them. We treat everything you share as confidential.

Clear communication is part of the service. We explain what we're doing and why, share progress as the bureaus respond, and answer your questions in plain English. You'll never have to guess where things stand — and if a result isn't going your way, we'll tell you that too.
